I was a member of another gym facility and heard a new gym was opening. After meeting the wonderful staff and touring the state-of-the-art facility, I knew I had to join. I especially love the elliptical and treadmill machines. I feel so much better after I have exercised.

As soon as I was able to return to the gym, Dana and Tonya were willing to aid in any way to speed up my recovery. Mr. Joe was there to help with exercises and movements to help me regain strength in my hip. I would not trade The Core for any gym no matter the cost.

Six months ago, my PT at Rehab at Work cleared me to start strength training again. I had been rehabbing a lower back injury for over a year. I was ready..I was scared..
