THINGS TO REMEMBER

We pride ourselves on providing clean, service oriented, and state-of-the-art facility to our members. To help us maintain this mission, here are some policies to help avoid confusion later:

We love our guest! Simply bring them in during staffed hours to purchase a day or week pass. If guest are brought in after hours, you as the member will be charged.

Your gym! Your time! Please remember to scan your access card each time you enter the gym and know that your card can only be used by you.

Members can only access tanning beds during staffed hours. Staff will allow members in tanning rooms with member’s signature.

We strive to keep your gym top notch! Help us keep it that way by returning any equipment or free weights you use to where they belong. Also, gym wipes are provided to clean equipment after each use.

Our monthly drafts occur on the 10th of every month. If your billing information changes, please let us know.

If you must leave, we require that you give us a 30 day notice. Your membership renews until you come in during staffed hours and complete a cancelation form.

We provide hand and bath towels FREE with membership. Please remember to return your used towels after each use so we can maintain the level of service you are accustomed to.

Dear Members,

At Core Fitness we are experiencing unprecedented repercussions in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. Governing bodies have taken drastic measures to limit the spread of the virus via public gatherings. They have asked us to practice social distancing, which resulted in the temporary closing of our gym. Our primary focus is the health and safety of our members and our employees. We are locally owned and operated and like all local business, we rely on your support to keep our doors open and to provide the amenities you are accustomed to. This event has been and will continue to be financially challenging for all of us. Most facilities in our industry have decided they must bill, despite the impact on their members. However, after much debate and prayerful reflection, we have decided to suspend billing for the month of April. We know many of you are hurting financially along with us. We want to support our community and more importantly, our members during this difficult time. We have been humbled by the offer of many members to continue billing during this crisis, and we are blessed to live and work in a community that supports small businesses. Our goal is to reopen ASAP so that we can provide our employees with a stable income and each of you with a gym facility you are proud to call your own. We are optimistic and prayerful that this will soon come to an end. We will continue to explore all options available to remain open once this crisis is over. Your support and membership will be instrumental in our return.
