Our SoulSpin tribe will climb, sprint, jump, and SWEAT to the beat of the music in an ambient atmosphere (45 minutes). Immediately followed by a yoga cool down and flow, specific to cycling (15 minutes). Although an intense cardiovascular workout, anyone is welcome to participate at your own pace.
